Uruguay registered this Thursday 13,007 new cases of coronavirus on a total of 35,283 tests, reported the National Emergency System (Sinae).
What’s more, there were 14 deaths in the last 24 hours of patients with covid-19.
There are 69,976 active cases across the country and 91 people are in intensive care centers, according to the official report. Of the total positive cases, 1,333 correspond to the health personnel.
Of the 13,007 new cases, 6,114 were from Montevideo, 1,694 from Canelones, 935 from Maldonado, 531 from Cerro Largo, 504 from Rivera, 341 from San José, 319 from Paysandú, 310 from Tacuarembo, 286 from Rocha, 255 from Florida, 254 from from Salto, 247 from Colonia, 228 from Artigas, 227 from Soriano, 190 from Durazno, 162 from Lavalleja, 160 from Río Negro, 137 from Treinta y Tres and 113 from Flores.
For the report of the day, the Ministry of Public Health reported that removed 10 cases from the active list.
