The corpse tied hands and feet corresponding to a teenager was located this Monday on El Mamoncito street, south of Maracay, Aragua, according to police sources.
The deceased person had a dark complexion, black Afro-type hair, dressed in a black sweater, black pants, without shoes and multicolored stockings, according to Poliaragua’s description.
Neighbors observed the body lying on the road and informed the police whose officials cordoned off the site until the arrival of a Cicpc commission that lifted the body to enter it in the forensic medicine of Caña de Azúcar.
The Public Ministry initiated investigations to clarify the homicide.
