The Fourth National Preparatory Investigation Court, in charge of Judge Víctor Zúñiga Urday, will review the request of the Public Ministry this Tuesday starting at 9:45 a.m. This session is intended to hear the final arguments of the accused and issue the final decision of the magistrates .
This request for preventive detention was made against those investigated Salatiel Marrufo, Biberto Castillo, Abel Cabrera and Segundo Sánchez last Thursday, October 20, when the National Prosecutor’s Office announced that the preparatory investigation process was beginning against all those accused in the Shadow Cabinet case.
The hearing, which began this Saturday the 22nd, has continued during the four-day period and is expected to end this Tuesday with the aim of continuing with the investigations that postulate the existence of an alleged criminal organization whose leader is President Pedro Castillo. .
In addition to this requirement against those accused as part of the ‘political bureau’, the Public Ministry also requested precautionary measures against other members of the alleged criminal network that operates from the Government Palace, among them is the restricted appearance for characters such as the former secretary of Palacio Beder Camacho, Eder Vitón, Auner Vásquez and Henry Shimabukuro.
