The Federal Executive also explained that just for the installation of the new coking plant in the area, a public investment of 2,500 million dollars is estimated.
“So, we would be talking about 79.8 billion pesos, just in this part of the Isthmus that includes the trains, the industrial parks, the modern highways from Oaxaca to the Isthmus,” he said.
And it is that through these works it is sought to unite, by rail transport, the Ports of Coatzacoalcos, in Veracruz, with that of Salina Cruz, in Oaxaca.
