The European Union condemns this voernrs the “appalling Russian attack” against a column of civilian cars in the Ukrainian region of Zaporizhia, in the south of the country, says the head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, AFP reported.
According to the media, Ukraine accuses Russia of having killed 23 people, civilians waiting to receive humanitarian aid, in a bombardment in the Zaporizhia region, controlled in part by the Russians.
