Claudia Escobar highlights practical advice for looking for a job in a post-Covid-19 world of work

The pandemic changed the way people work, apply for a job, and get a job. The digital transformation that was forecast for the next few years happened overnight.

Given this, the ManpowerGroup manager, Claudia Escobar referred to the creation of the book “On your marks, set … get employed!”, Indicating that it is short, has practical exercises and takes you by the hand of how to prepare before interview.

He stressed that the book was written by the president of ManpowerGroup, Mónica Flores, given the need to adjust to a new reality of physical distancing, remote work and new ways of living and interacting, since digitization was no longer optional and became a need to continue operating.

Escobar highlighted that this piece shares advice to be a more assertive candidate in the search for employment in a post-Covid-19 world of work.
