The prosecutor Vivían Coronel charged a man who was arrested on Thursday after being surprised inside a school in Ciudad del Este who entered the bathroom area to grope the children.
This is Héctor Javier Ríos, 33, for whom the prosecutor requested preventive detention when charging him with sexual abuse of children.
The man was surprised by teachers from a school in Ciudad del Este in the bathroom area until he entered furtively and hid in that sector to grope the students.
A closed circuit camera captured the entire scene, where Ríos is seen touching boys and girls who were entering the toilet area, then it is seen how he hides in the bathrooms, until it is believed that he was masturbating.
The school authorities called the police and the officers arrested the suspect when he was leaving the educational institution. Ríos, already at the police headquarters, denied that he had entered the place to grope the children, but he could not say why he entered the school.
