Colombia it is one of the best countries, and more secure, to spend the festivities of end of the year.
This is clear from the list of Covid Resilience, Bloomberg, in which the country ranks sixth among 53 world economies analyzed.

“Ómicron is halting the reactivation that has characterized 2021, although the refusal to return to confinements and other restrictions is differentiating the best and worst places to be during the pandemic in December“, assured Bloomberg.
And it is in this aspect that Colombia stands out, well “there are economies that are refraining from reverting to the crippling measures used to contain the virus in 2020, relying on accelerated booster impulses to combat the new variant“.

Bloomberg also highlighted the countries of South America for having a warmer climate for these times and for a slower start to the omicron variant.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Covid Resilience listing gives Colombia a score of 70.4, with which the country rose from box 8 to 6.
It is worth remembering that, as of December 22, 67’668,582 doses of covid vaccines have been distributed in the country, of which 63’453,700 have been applied. What’s more, the number of people with a complete vaccination scheme is 27,724,189 and the reinforcements applied, 2’906,051.

The ranking is led by Chile, with 74.1 points. They follow him Ireland (72.9), United Arab Emirates (72.9), Finland (71.6) and Canada. (70.7).
The ‘top’ 10 of the best countries to be in December are completed: Turkey (70.2), Spain (70.1), Sweden (69.8) and the United Kingdom (68.3).

On the other side of the list, the least safe countries to say goodbye to the year Poland (53.4), Philippines (52), Indonesia (50.6), South Africa (48) and Vietnam (43.3).
