The 10-year-old girl was walking hand in hand with her mother on Calle Ayuntamiento, corner of Santa Rosa, in the municipality of Plaza de la Revolución, when she suffered the robbery.
The assailant chased the victims until he got close enough to push the minor and rip the chain from her neck. Witnesses living in the area chased the attacker until they caught him still near the place and called the police. Policeman.
