In the decision, judge Ariadne Villela Lopes, from the Central de Custódia de Benfica, in a hearing held today (12) wrote “that the arrest is valid and there is no news in the file about the change of the decision that determined the issuance of the warrant, being prohibited the Court of Hearing Center to reassess the merits of the decision that decreed the arrest”.
