Due to the above, it is that a video revealed this week on social networks has caused so much indignation, since it is seen Secretary of Citizen Culture of Medellín, Álvaro Ósmar Narváez Diaz, paying attention to TikTok and to social networks on his cell phone, instead of paying attention to a government council.

The video, revealed by the Medellín councilor, Daniel Duque shows Narváez almost lying in his chair, with his headphones on, watching videos from social networks while giving a presentation to which the other attendees pay attention.

This event would have happened at a meeting on May 21, during the short administration of the mayor in charge, Juan Camilo Restrepo. Well, the official, who is seated in a very relaxed manner, wears a T-shirt with the face of Daniel Quintero, today reinstated mayor of Medellín.

“While the Secretary of Culture sees TikTok in the Government Councils, this is the situation of the ecosystem of reading and libraries in Medellín”wrote Duque, who detailed several problems in the library system of the capital of Antioquia.
