Traffic accident leaves one dead on the Sánchez de Azua highway

Azua .- At least one person was killed this Saturday after a traffic accident, registered at kilometer 17 of the Sánchez highway (section between the cement factory and Hatillo from here).

According to information provided by the General Directorate of Traffic and Land Transportation (Digestett), the accident occurred when the driver of a blue Ford Explorer SUV, plate G. 222036 lost control, sliding into some bushes.

The report also indicates that the accident vehicle was driven by the social communicator, José de la Rosa, who was accompanied by his mother, Mrs. Margarita Rosario, who died instantly, due to blunt head trauma, according to the record. of the removal of the corpse by Inacif.

Due to the accident, the social communicator was transferred to the Azuano Medical Center, where he received first aid and then had to be referred to the Ney Arias Lora hospital, due to polytrauma suffered in the skull.

Instead of the fact, agents from the Digesett and the Military and Police Commission (Comipol) appeared, who presented their help to clear the vehicular path.
