The Organizing Commission of the Mercosur Summit suggested the use of masks during the development of the regional meeting throughout the Conmebol Convention Center. This, in order to protect the health safety of those present and avoid Covid-19 infections as much as possible.
The Organizing Committee of the LX Ordinary Meeting of the Council of the Common Market and Summit of Heads of State of Mercosur and Associated States, scheduled for July 20 and 21 of the year, under the Paraguayan pro tempore presidency, recommended the use of masks during the development of the regional meeting.
The measure is suggested in response to the protocol established by the Ministry of Health, among whose indications is the use of face masks, hand washing and social distancing to reduce the risks of contagion, among other measures.
