The prosecution is investigating the death of a 32-year-old manwhose body was found by a neighbor in the way the pigeon of the city of Mercedes (Soriano), learned The Observer through police sources.
The victim was identified as Deybis Facundo Etchepare Villareal, and investigators confirmed that his death was the result of a homicide. In the first instance, when a man notified the police about the finding on Wednesday morning, it was unknown if it was a violent death or for another reason.
The autopsy allowed to establish that Etchepare received a gunshot to the back.
The prosecution and the police will analyze camera footage from the nearby area where the discovery occurred to collect more elements that allow us to know how the events occurred.
Until Wednesday night there were no people arrested linked to the homicide, according to police information.
