3,277 kilos of marijuana and 191 kilos of cocaine were seized by the Bolivarian National Armed Force (FANB) in a procedure carried out on the coast of Falcón state.
The FANB indicated that during the operation one person was apprehended, from whom an AR-15 rifle, 63 5.56×45 caliber cartridges, 1,200 liters of fuel, 3 outboard motors and a wooden boat were seized.
The subject was placed at the order of the Public Ministry.
In another procedure carried out in paraguanathe FANB seized 173 panelas of marijuana and 5,497 panelas of cocaine, a total of 3,468.16 kilograms of drugweapons and other supplies.
On the other hand, the Strategic Operational Command of the FANB reported that 562 panelas of cocaine and marijuana seized in an intercepted trimotor peñero crossing the Venezuelan geographical space from the Colombian Guajira towards the island have already been formally delivered to the superintendent general Richard López from Martinique.
