The fatal victim was identified as Anibal Nuñez Florentín, 29 years old.
The perpetrator was drinking alcoholic beverages along with other minor companions, when the groups crossed and there were discussions. At one point, the boy carrying a 38-caliber revolver chased and threatened one of the other group, who ran to take cover. Upon his return, the teenager, without saying a word, pointed at another of the opponents and shot him in the head and four in the abdomen. Nuñez Florentín died on the spot.
Commissioner Vidal Galeano, director of the Concepción Police, explained that the groups met and that after the altercation, the minor ended up murdering his victim.
