“Zero Vulnerability” Plan has served more than 3,700 people in 2025

Plan de Atención a Población Vulnerable favoreció a más de 3.700 personas en 2025

Through the “Comprehensive approach and care program for the vulnerable population”, in 2025, 3,713 people in the country were assisted, among which stand out; 1,585 children and adolescents, 507 young people, 958 adults and 663 older adults, reported the director of the National Crime Prevention Network (DPD), Daliana Silva in an interview conducted on the Culture and Peace program that is broadcast on MIJP Radio Multimedia.

In that sense, the DPD member highlighted that these figures are part of the first year of management carried out by the General Director of Crime Prevention, Lusmiait Perdomo.

On the other hand, he highlighted that through the “Echa pa´lante” program, it was possible to provide social assistance to 30 young people between the ages of 15 and 35 who had informal work in the vicinity of Völlmer Avenue between the La Candelaria parish and the San Bernardino urbanization and in the vicinity of Parque Central near the San Agustín parish of Caracas.

Likewise, he explained that these young people now have decent employment and are also dedicated to their educational training, making them useful citizens who contribute to the development of Venezuelan society.

“This program generates hope, this program generates faith because it gives these young people an opportunity to reintegrate into society and not feel excluded,” said the DPD representative who highlighted the great human quality and social sensitivity of the sectoral vice president of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace Captain Diosdado Cabello Rondón to help these young people have a life project.

“Captain Diosdado Cabello saw them, the minister is so human that he felt hurt by that situation. Our minister is truly an incredible human being and cares about his neighbor,” said the Line Director of the National Network of the General Directorate of Crime Prevention, Daliana Silva, who indicated that in the state of Monagas the “Echa pa’lante” program will begin, to improve the quality of life of the young people of that entity.
