The state-owned Yacimiento Petroliferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB) will internationalize its services with the installation of domestic gas in Peru, according to the manager of Gas Networks and Pipelines of the oil company, Roberto Aldayuz.
The installation of the gas network in the neighboring country is done within the framework of the agreements signed after the arrival of Peruvian President Pedro Castillo last Saturday.
Aldayuz said that, initially, gas networks will be installed in the town of Zepita, 12 kilometers from the city of Desaguadero, “where we have a satellite regasification station, from which we will have distribution lines to massify the use of natural gas in neighboring towns of the sister Republic of Peru ”.
