In the last few hours, several Bancolombia users have expressed their concern on social media due to a technical failure that has caused inconsistencies in their account balances.

Some customers reported that their accounts showed twice as much money as they actually had, while others experienced difficulties receiving transfers.

In light of the situation, Bancolombia issued a statement to reassure its clients, assuring them that both their money and their data are safe.

The bank explained that the problem is due to a technical error that affects the display of balances in certain digital channels. “Our clients’ money and data are safe in Bancolombia. At this time, they may not be able to see their balances through some of our channels. We are resolving the issue and will inform you when it is resolved. We apologize,” the bank said.

On social media, users have shared their experiences, highlighting the frustration generated by the situation. One customer commented that, after receiving a transfer from Bancolombia to Nequi, the money did not appear in his account. When he contacted Nequi, they informed him that the deposit had been made, but that he had to wait 24 hours for the balance to be correctly reflected.
