The National Youth Directorate of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (JPSUV), on April 15 began a process of territorialization of the structures throughout the country, with the participation of more than one hundred and forty thousand young people, who met, in communal spaces”, this was announced by the young member of the National Directorate of the red awning, Génesis Garvett, in an interview on the Punto de Encuentro program of Venezolana de Televisión.
In this sense, Garvett affirmed that, “Venezuelan youth demonstrated that they want to do politics and want to build a country, despite the difficulties, not only to be present, but to be part of the process of social transformation.”
“This process is historic because the JPSUV is the first time that we have elected a team per street, per territory, a structure in each space, each team is made up of four young people, the coordinator of the structure, who has already been elected, a organizer, a training partner or partner and a young person who will assume the communication and social media part”, he highlighted.
He also pointed out that “the JPSUV has as its premise; Dream, Do and Grow… based on the dreams of freedom that our independence heroes fought for, but it also has the dreams of now, the current demands as a banner of struggle. ‘To do’, it is up to us to put our hands in the clay to shape history, it is not only to stay in the ideas, in the dreams, but it is to put our hands in the fire, to forge the construction of the Homeland. And of course ‘Grow’ because we are taking sides, we are growing as a structure, and we are growing as beings, with concrete actions to build our future”, he stated.
Finally, the national youth leader of the JPSUV announced that “they will continue the process of territorialization until they reach each area of the country, we have reached 60% of the organization of the structures of the Youth of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela and our goal is carry out the auction operation on April 29 to reach 100% of the structures”.
