Although Vanessa did not explain in detail how exactly the events occurred, she did use her experience to send a clear message. “Be careful with fritters” and “don’t make fritters if you don’t know how to make them,” he wrote, warning that these types of accidents can happen in seconds and have serious consequences.
The young woman also shared some of the medical recommendations she received after the accident, including not exposing herself to the sun, avoiding handling the affected skin and strictly following the indicated treatment to prevent infections and possible scars.
For her part, Sofía Reina reported a similar experience, although with less severe injuries, adding to the call for attention about the dangers of frying food in hot oil, especially when it comes to masses that can react unexpectedly to contact with high temperatures.
