Ángel Aldair Chillcce Buendía (22) left his house in Pueblo Joven de Lircay in Huancavelica, asked his cousin to take care of Mama Rosa and never came back. Due to the strange disappearance and seeing that he did not answer the calls, his relatives went to the Police. Shortly after, Lircay police officers learned that a ruthless 30-second video was circulating on WhatsApp showing the cruelty against Aldair.

In the terrible scenes, it is seen how unconscious Aldair is attacked by the minor with initials HJP (17), who stabs him 30 times, while saying: “Now why don’t you talk to my germa, you are p… cause, you think you p… to talk to my germa, don’t you? While the one who records Erny Vargas Zorrilla (18), incites him, cut him more, cut him more, cholo”, he says and laughs and then attacks Aldair who ended up almost having his throat cut, they cut off his ears, took out his left eye, the skin of his face and cut off his genitals.
The cruel attack occurred on the night of October 18 in the Intihuatana forest of the Pueblo Viejo neighborhood in Lircay – Huancavelica.

Aldair Chillcce, a psychology student in the sixth semester at UPLA – Huancayo, left his house at 3 in the afternoon, saying: “I’m going for a walk” and they murdered him.
Two days later, police officers arrested Erny Vargas at the IE Albert Eisten and the video was on his cell phone. Then they caught the teenager who told the authorities: “I already killed him, he had to die”, this because he says that Aldair harassed his girlfriend. The offender was transferred to the Huancayo Youth Center. Parents Rosa and Jesus cry out for justice and punishment for the murderers.
