This November 18, Panama City will host the Innova Nation Fest, a space in which children and young people between 8 and 18 years old will exchange good practices and experiences on innovation, entrepreneurship and sustainability in Panama.
This ecosystem will host the final of the youth entrepreneurship contest at the national level, the INNOVA NATION PITCH CHALLENGE, where 14 finalists from different regions of the country will present their social entrepreneurship ideas in front of a jury made up of various professionals.
The winner will represent Panama in the Conrad Challenge of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), which will take place in April 2023; she will participate in other educational opportunities such as the Dell Diploma and the Richi Innova Nation Camp, in Boston.
In addition, through interactive educational activities, which will take place at the City of Knowledge Convention Center, the participants will define the purpose of their lives using Franklin Covey’s habits of effectiveness; They will create projects with basic electronics using the Anduino system and web experiences with 2D and 3D tools adaptable to any future theme they want to develop.
In addition, they will be trained with international tools to overcome obstacles in all areas of their lives, in order to improve their productivity. The agenda includes training on BlockChain so that they know the uses, scope and future of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.
They will have the opportunity to learn about and put into practice tools that allow them to minimize the effects of climate change in all spheres, including actions to achieve it from the age of 11.
Finally, the topic of emotional intelligence will be addressed so that the participants know how to write their own stories, and at the same time know how to detect and help relatives or friends with anxiety symptoms.
