Young man dies after being shot in assault in Hato Mayor

A young man lost his life Sunday night, after receiving a shot in the middle of an alleged robbery that occurred in the Yerba Buena Highwayin the municipality of Greater Herd.

The victim was identified as Cristopher Hesmil Severinoof 22 yearswho died due to a gunshot wound with entry through the right shoulder blade and exit through the left rib as certified by the medical examiner.

They investigate the fact

  • Meanwhile, the victim’s body was taken to the National Institute of Forensic Sciences (Inacif) for the corresponding purposes.

The National Police reported that it is investigating the fact with the purpose of clarifying the circumstances and finding the whereabouts of those responsible.
