Another case that is common is when online shopping and without the help of an advisor that advises or guides the acquisition process of tickets and hotel accommodations. This applies to all types of reservations such as concerts, visits to museums, restaurants and more.

This also occurs when banking transactions from the phonewhether to pay a utility bill, credit cards or other requirements. As well as when interacting with a chatbot, to make some type of claim or if technical support is needed, among many others.
As things stand, large companies are saving a lot of money by avoiding payroll of a person who previously fulfilled the aforementioned functions, and not only that, but also, users deliver all their data and personal information to these companies, which is used to generate advertising to consume their products and/or services.
