You can’t compare gay marriage to true human rights

The journalist and candidate for independent deputy, Jean Marcel Chery, refers to the ruling of the Supreme Court of Justice of Panama against marriage between people of the same sex.

«There are universally recognized human rights, there are rulings from human rights courts that establish that states are free and have the power to regulate in their territory how marriage is established, so we are seeing that the figure of homosexual marriage does not have the element of universality,” Chery explained.

I also consider the statements of the representative Gabriel Silva as ridiculous «Look at what he says, love will win, as if the human feeling that is changeable, were a source of law, this is ridiculous, this should be studied because of the ridiculousness with which a representative of the Republic who is also a lawyer says that love is a source of law, and what will happen if a man says I love an 8-year-old child, it is a human right, in the United States, Europe and some Latin American countries there are movements of adults who want their human right to love children to be respected and to avoid the stigmatization of pedophilia, we have the right to be attracted to children, and this speech by Gabriel Silva who says that for the love that is feels human rights must be respected is the same argument that pedophiles use to say love must be a source of law and we have the right to love children, this is absolutely ridiculous, nonsense and even and or I consider that it is an apology for the crime ».
