Yenifer Paredes: Judge will issue a ruling on the request for 36 months of preventive detention this Friday, August 26

The Judiciary scheduled the reading of the ruling on the prosecutor’s request to impose 36 months of preventive detention on sister-in-law of the President of the Republic, Pedro Castillo, and the mayor of the district of (Cajamarca), José Medina Guerrero, for this Friday, August 26.

Judge Johnny Gómez, of the Third Preparatory Investigation Court of the National Superior Court, reported this Wednesday that the session will begin at 6:00 p.m. on that day.
