The Deputy Prosecutor and Director of Prosecution of the Public Ministry, Yeni Berenice Reynoso, is the one who is leading the investigation into the company Harvest Trading Cap and its owner, Jairo Gonzalezafter 50 complaints were formalized against him for scam.
González allegedly made a scam millionaire with investment in cryptocurrency and in the stock market to people who trusted his company.
The 29-year-old man assured that he created his company eight years ago and that he registered it in 2019.
He stated that he is dedicated to “negotiations of the different capital markets or stock markets through internet brokers.”
After the scandal with the business, which seemed legal to the victims, the Superintendence of the Securities Market (SIMV) of the Dominican Republic clarified last weekend that Harvest Trading Cap is not registered or regulated by that entity.
