The National Meteorological Service (SMN) issued this Saturday yellow alerts for storms for sectors of the provinces of Jujuy, Santa Fe, Córdoba and Entre Ríos.
In the case of Santa Fe The yellow warning applies to General Obligado, San Javier and Vera during the morning, and it extends to San Justo, in the east of Cordovaand Diamante, La Paz, Nogoyá, Paraná and Villaguay, in the province of Between rivers.
The areas will be affected by storms, some locally strong, which will be accompanied by intense gusts, occasional hail, strong electrical activity and abundant rainfall in short periods. According to the SMN estimate; Accumulated precipitation values between 20 and 45 mm are expected, and may be exceeded occasionally.
Meanwhile, for Jujuy Yellow alerts are in effect for storms for the afternoon and evening of this Saturday in the western part of the province, among other areas in the Cordillera de Cochinoca, Cordillera de Rinconada, Cordillera de Santa Catalina and Cordillera de Susques and Puna de Susques.
In this area the storms will also be strong in some sectors, with intense gusts, significant electrical activity and hail fall, with accumulated precipitation values between 10 and 30 mm.
