The “Longina” Troubadours Festival celebrates its 30th edition from January 7 to 11 in Santa Clara and will be dedicated to Silvio Rodríguez. There will be five days of concerts and activities, the opening of which will be this January 7 at the Teatro de la Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” in Las Villas, with a concert led by Nelson Valdés, Adrián Berazaín and other troubadours, marking the beginning of a diverse program that will take over the city every January, as is tradition.
Among the novelties of this edition, a conversation by Silvio Rodríguez himself with troubadours stands out, scheduled for Saturday, January 10, at 11:00 am, at the “Martí” Provincial Library, a space designed for dialogue, memory and the future of Cuban author songs.
