The working class marches this Thursday in Caracas in defense of the national oil industry. This was reported by the Secretary of Street Mobilization of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, Nahum Fernández.
The activity, scheduled to start at 10:00 am, will have its concentration point in the vicinity of Fine Arts. From there, the protesters will leave for the Miraflores Palace, where the day will end, as detailed by Fernández through his Instagram account.
“We will continue in permanent mobilization in any scenario, with the indomitable character that characterizes the people of Bolívar and Chávez,” the leader reiterated.
Those present will walk through the streets and avenues under the slogans of fighting for peace in Venezuela, in addition to demanding respect for national sovereignty and the release of President Nicolás Maduro and the first lady Cilia Flores, who have been kidnapped since last January 3 after a military incursion by the United States.
