It is essential to clearly define the tax and legal regime of Infonavit, as well as its shareholding. The social statutes must be approved by both the Board of Directors and the General Assembly. Likewise, the members of the Board of Directors must be ratified by the General Assembly and formed in a tripartite and joint manner. These modifications will contribute to strengthening transparency in the operation of the filial construction company.
