The initiative is part of the RD-Trabaja programwhich seeks to strengthen labor insertion in the formal sector and reduce informality in the country.

RD-Work is aimed at young people between 18 and 35 years old and adults over 35, while in the case of people with disabilities he program will be extended up to six months, with salaries also covered by the Ministry of Labor.
