Within the framework of the XI Meeting of Business Leaders, women representatives from various sectors, who are protagonists of change, advised youths so they can become leaders in their sector.
During a panel moderated by the director of Peru21Cecilia Valenzuela, Microsoft’s Director of Global Solutions, Giovanna Cortez, considered that there is a responsibility to learn to manage artificial intelligence (AI), so that it becomes a good for society.
Based on his experience, he also pointed out that the purpose that each person has to connect with that of the company so that it becomes a motivation.
For her part, the president of CADE Executives 2025, María Isabel León, recommended that those attending the forum “never stop learning” and not miss the opportunities presented to them. “When you are in an organization, you have to listen to those who are there and you have to have humility,” he highlighted.
Something that young people cannot miss are challenges. Thus, Violeta Orozco, global head of diversity, equity and inclusion at Konecta, pointed out that life presents a series of challenges, which have to be assumed.
Meanwhile, Micaela Rizo Patrón, general manager of Perú Sostenible, considered that it is important to apply internal or personal development objectives. This starts from a critical thinking perspective, from how we develop with others and then from bringing solutions and actions to move forward.
