A control judge determined to link the women who will remain in the Santa Martha Acatitla Women’s Center for Social Reintegration to the process, where they are already accused of crimes against health, because at the time of the eviction from the building, the Prosecutor’s Office affirms that they were found with marijuana.
This occurred one day after the attack recorded on April 14, when people wearing balaclavas damaged the car of a woman who was driving on República de Cuba street, in the Historic Center.
“According to the accusation made by the social representative, attached to the Territorial Investigation Prosecutor’s Office in Benito Juárez, of the General Coordination of Territorial Investigation, on the day of the events the victim was traveling aboard a vehicle, when several women intercepted her. and they demanded money from him to allow him to continue on his way; the victim was robbed of her cell phone and her car was damaged.
“Due to these facts, arrest warrants were requested against those now charged, which were completed by agents of the Investigative Police (PDI)”, detailed the capital’s Prosecutor’s Office.
