Woman survivor of the avalanche in Bariloche received a medical discharge

Ana María Marturet, one of the victims of the avalanche that covered a hotel in Bariloche and caused three deaths, received medical discharge this Wednesday from the health center where they treated her since the event.

In this way, the fatal victims of this avalanche are three: Víctor González Giovanelli, husband of the survivor; González Giovanelli’s sister, Alba, and the latter’s husband, Gerardo Casella.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MRREE) reported, through a statement issued this Wednesday, that representatives of the family are already in Bariloche. These people have the company of the Consulate General of Uruguay, they explained. They also added that there was a meeting with the Prosecutor’s Office of the investigation to “get into the details and thank them for the work that is being done.”

Marturet is already in the company of his family, adds the document from the portfolio. The document also indicates that the consulate carries out the procedures to effectuate the repatriation of the bodies.

“This Diplomatic Mission regrets with deep regret the death of the three compatriots, reiterates the urgent need to ask the media and the entire community to understand the hard time that the family of those involved is going through and urges respect for their privacy. ”, says the document.
