Woman paid for the murder of her common-law husband with three cows

Cicpc agents arrested a woman accused of paying three cows to murder her common-law husband.

The woman is identified as Carmen María Oronoz Gil (46), who was captured on Universidad Avenue, Ziruma sector, San Carlos (Cojedes). But the murder of his partner, José Virgilio Toro García (37), occurred in the town of Las Vegas (Cojedes), on the afternoon of November 15, says the scientific police report posted on their Instagram site.

The investigations showed that Oronoz Gil (46) was the intellectual author of the incident. This woman provided information about José Toro’s location and travel route to two criminals, who waited for him at the site and without saying a word shot him multiple times, killing him.

The woman planned the murder, motivated by revenge, because the man allegedly physically and verbally abused his stepchildren, paying the murderers in exchange with three cattle of the bovine species.

Likewise, one of the alleged participants in the murder, identified as Dixon José Ponte Escobar (20), who had a record of theft, was arrested, leaving Andrés Arturo Silva (33), alias El Pelón, on the run.
