Woman kills policeman with a stab to the neck in SPM

San Pedro de Macorís – A sergeant of the National Police attached to the General Directorate of Traffic Safety and Land Transportation (DIGESETT), was stabbed to death this Friday night, in an event that occurred on Primera Dama street in the Santa sector Faith in San Pedro de Macorís.

The victim is Arredondo Severino Marte, about 30 years old, he lived in that demarcation.

While his alleged attacker was identified as Yokasta Santana (a) Mileny, about 26 years old, a resident of the town where the tragic event occurred.

The police report indicates that the deceased today received the fatal wound to the neck when he was sitting in a chair next to a frying pan, and presumably he demanded from his attacker the payment of a concho, which she refused to pay.

In addition, the report details that after being injured, the agent got into his engine and drove away, but collapsed several meters from where he was mortally wounded.

The alleged attacker was detained by police officers minutes after committing the bloody act while trying to flee.

The detainee will be made available to the Public Ministry in the next few hours, for corresponding purposes.

As for the corpse, it was sent to the Institute of Forensic Sciences INACIF in that city, for autopsy purposes.
