The Body of Scientific, Criminal and Criminalistic Investigations (Cicpc) arrested a woman for spreading photos of her daughter’s private parts, barely 10 years old, and plagiarizing the identity of another 22-year-old girl.
The information was given by the director general of the police agency, Douglas Richthrough his Instagram account. By this means, she pointed out that the woman’s name is Lixaidy Del Carmen Fariña Narváez.
Likewise, it explained that the police officers carried out the arrest in the La Vinagrera sector, Guatire parish, in the Zamora municipality of Miranda state.
Complaint
The investigation against the detainee began when a 22-year-old woman indicated that Fariña Narváez stole her photos from Facebook and then sent them to a man, in order to arrange an intimate encounter and sent him photographs of genitals. feminine. However, when the man realized that the images were of the intimate parts of a little girl, he claimed the alleged owner of the photos.
The police hypothesis determined that Fariña did this in order to conquer him, indicating that he had never had sexual relations and, for this, he took photos of his 10-year-old daughter’s intimate area, making him believe that they were hers.
The authorities also accused her of psychological damage to the girl.
During the arrest, they seized a cell phone in which the evidence of the pornographic material was found. The woman remained at the order of the Superior Prosecutor of the Public Ministry of Miranda state.
