Woman falls during drug transport, her henchmen abandoned her

In an operation carried out by the Pedro Juan Caballero Regional Office, the Agents managed to seize two important loads of marijuana through exhaustive Controls in the Colonia 204 area.

Two trucks that were transporting marijuana tried to flee when they noticed the operational presence. The occupants of one of the vehicles abandoned one of the trucks while the other were two women, one of whom was a minor. Both were retained.

The woman who was arrested and was on board one of the vehicles was identified as Ramona Baeznext to her was a minor, according to the report provided by the Senad.

The vehicles that loaded with bags of marijuana correspond one to the brand Toyota Hilux and another to Fiat Adventure.

Between both vehicles they moved a total of 173 kilos of chopped marijuana.

Regarding the escapedthese are already fully identified and with arrest warrant.

The operation was activated to prevent vehicles from being used to transport illegal cargo. The procedure was checked by the Prosecutor Celso Morales and his team from the Public Ministry.
