Recount and investigation
Given this, the MOE asks for a recount of votes where those people who indicate that they committed fraud were voting juries or polling station members.
The movement points out that in addition, the damage caused by not having delivered the card requested by the voter must be evaluated, “to respect their political preference.”
There were complaints that they came to ask for a card from a certain candidate, party, to elect Afro, indigenous or other seats, and supposedly they hid them or others gave them.
Iván Cepeda, pointed out that: «There is abundant evidence of multiple modalities of electoral fraud that seek to minimize the results of the great vote of the Historic Pact. It should be determined if there is a concerted plan for this fraud and clarify criminal responsibilities.
Gustavo Bolívar assures that at least 300 thousand votes have been recovered in the recount, for his movement, the Historical Pact.
However, until now, those findings that the party has made with its voters and followers have not been made official by the Registrar’s Office.

From the Historical Pact they remain in the demand for the recount of votes, if E14 documents with apparent irregularities have been shown.
There were places where not even a single vote was recorded in favor of that coalition.

Some of the table members have responded that in many cases, “the errors” in the E14 are not “the product of a planned fraud”, they are failures when giving the data, “for the races, and for other circumstances.
Others explain that, “in the scrutiny they will dictate all the votes that are in the E14 form”, therefore, they point out that the theory that they were based only on the photos that were sent “would not be a substantiated basis” for declare fraud.
