As of the date of this report, the CNBV has provided account statements for 30 contractors of billboards. From the analysis of bank movements, it was identified that in six cases there are prior cash deposits, transfers from abroad and legal entities, prior to the payments made.

With respect to the contracting parties Mariana and Esther, on February 21, 2022, both paid 72,129 pesos to the supplier Comercializadora Laredo Billboards, SA de CV, although both received as a “loan” from the companies Consutec SA de CV and Exxel Internacional. SA de CV the same amount.

From the analysis of the account statements, it is noted that the initial balances and usual money flows are insufficient to cover the return of the aforementioned loan at some point.

For this reason, financial, fiscal and banking information was required from Consutec SA de CV and Exxel Internacional SA de CV, and both companies were circulated to clarify the reason for the loans. They have not yet responded to the request made.

Another case is that of last February 22 of the citizen Luis Humberto who paid 144,257 pesos to the supplier Comercializadora Laredo Billboards, SA de CV

However, the balance in his bank account, as of February 14, amounted to 17,298.00. On the same date of the payment to the supplier, he received a transfer from abroad for 7,500 dollars; that is, 141,737 pesos.

Given this, the origin of the deposit was required from the CNBV. In addition, bank movements will be contrasted against financial and tax information once it is available, in order to determine the consistency of their operations.

Only with Publimark, citizens hired 108 billboards for an amount of 418,416 pesos.
