The clearest example of this is what has been observed in recent days on the roads of Cali, Medellín or Bogotá.

The images of the episode were shared through social networks, it was the Twitter account Denuncias Antioquia that published the video in which several motorists facing blows are observed.
In the fight a woman participated who would go in the company of one of the drivers, as well as other people who tried to separate, but at the same time they threw one or the other blow.
All the ‘nonsense’ takes place in the presence of a traffic agent from Medellín who was watching.

With machete and helmet, also in Medellín
The other case also took place in the city of Medellín, where several witnesses recorded with their cell phones the fierce fight between the driver of a public service bus and a motorist.
The images that have been shared allow us to see the moment when the motorist throws several blows with his helmet and destroys part of the vehicle’s window.
Seconds later, the man from the bus gets off with a machete in hand and begins to shoot the motorcycle several times with a knife.
The latter, upon seeing him, feeling “the planes” and observing that he lashes out at his motorcycle, takes several steps backwards in the company of a woman who is on the site.

In Bogota they fixed damaging the cars
Unfortunate was what happened in Bogotá, the episode was recorded on citizen cameras and they show the tremendous brawl between two drivers.
In the video that is viral on social networks, you can see the two men who, after a minor crash, make the decision to fix everything the hard way.
One of them gets out of his vehicle with a bat in his hand and begins to hit the windshield of the other car.
Screams are heard and whoever is in the red van tries to get out of the car several times but cannot.
After a few seconds, he managed to get out of the car and with a machete in hand, he also attacked the car of the other subject.
In the place there are several people who with their cell phones observe and record, however no one interferes.
The episode of intolerance that occurred in the city of Bogotá, as detailed by local media, occurred after a minor collision between the two vehicles.

What is striking about the fact is that many Internet users have pointed to Law 2251 of 2022, asking if all reconciliations for simple clashes will be that way.

Law 216: Police do not deal with simple crashes
According to what the norm determines, those who are involved in simple crashes have the possibility of using technical and technological tools.
Either photos or videos “to document the accident and show evidence to the insurers.”
Likewise, it is detailed that drivers will be able to move their vehicles from the road, take tests and avoid congestion.
But if they refuse, a transit agent will come and impose subpoenas.
- “In cases where it is materially impossible to remove the vehicles due to the technical-mechanical conditions of the same, they will be removed and transferred from the vehicle, without these facts giving rise to the imposition of the subpoena due to the blocking of roadway or intersection.
- “It will correspond to the insurance companies to adopt the modifications to the insurance contract and the procedures that allow the conclusion of these agreements and the payment of the insurance premiums, without the absence of the transit authority document being able to oppose this purpose.”
