The Prosecutor of the Nation decided to initiate preliminary proceedings by the alleged crime of money laundering against congresswoman worthy lobaton street and her spousethe Lima councilor Arón Espinoza Velarde, both of the Podemos Peru party.

The notarial consultation was justified because on the first page of the complaint document, the public ministry receptionist warned with his handwriting: “It is observed that the Signature attached to the ID, does not match the signing of the letter presented”
The citizen Emerson Saavedra replied by email verified by the notary Rosalía Mejía, which did not file a complaint against the spouses dignified street and Arón Espinoza and that the rubric also did not correspond to him.

“I received a notification at my home related to a complaint that I supposedly made.
Through this I confirm that I am not the author of this resignation I have no knowledge about the facts mentioned in the documentation. In addition, the signature set forth in the document does not correspond to that registered in my identity document, which can be verified.
I request that my name be completely demarcated by this case and any other action related to it. ”

They warned the Prosecutor’s Office
The notarized clarification of Emerson Saavedra was delivered to the Prosecutor’s Office, warning him that the complaint was false because the identity of a citizen had obviously been supplanted.
