We are in the middle of the harvest season. Uruguayan producers began to harvest their grapes in mid-January and they know that this stage will last until March. The conditions of this 2022 season, after the threatening heat of the first days and the rain that fell later, favored “a good start to the year”, according to the producers consulted.
