“Said fiscal stimulus consists of crediting against the own income tax or that withheld from third parties by this tax, the amount that corresponds to the awarding of prizes made by said entities, on behalf of the Federal Government,” added the agency.
The beneficiaries of these incentives are: individuals who have paid via debit or credit card for goods and services, as well as individuals or legal entities who have registered in the Buen Fin portal.
Natural or legal persons who receive payments with debit or credit cards whose cumulative income has been less than 5 million pesos last year will also receive this stimulus.
To be beneficiaries of these incentives, they have to register in the Good End portal and be winners in the draw of the Tax Administration Service (SAT).
This year the raffle will distribute a bag of 500 million pesos (mp) divided as follows: 100 million pesos raffled in prizes of 20,000 pesos among small businesses that in 2020 have not had sales of more than 5 million pesos; as well as a flagship prize for 260,000 pesos.
400 million pesos will be awarded to consumers, divided into 321,261 prizes and a flagship prize for 250,000 pesos.
