On Saturday, December 21 and 28, the voluntary peak and license plate will be applied for departures from Bogotá. Vehicles with a license plate ending in an even number may circulate between 6:00 am and 9:00 am, while those with an odd license plate will do so between 9:00 am and 12:00 noon. The regional Pico y Placa will only apply on the Three Kings holiday weekend.
