The intervention was related to the contracting of the coverage and live broadcast service for the APEC Peru Economic Leaders Week 2024, which took place at the Ministry of Culture and the Lima Convention Center.
In the text released, the IRTP indicated that it provided all the information and documentation required by the Public Ministry within the framework of the principle of transparency.
In addition, He highlighted that the documents related to this contracting process are already published in the Electronic State Contracting System (Seace). and have been sent to control entities such as the Comptroller General of the Republic, the State Contracting Supervisory Body (OSCE) and the Internal Control Office (OCI) for their respective audit.
“All actions were carried out within the framework of the State Procurement Law and current regulations”assured the IRTP, reiterating its willingness to collaborate with the ongoing investigations.
As is known, the APEC Economic Leaders Week was one of the most relevant events of this year, in which Peru hosted important multilateral meetings that brought together authorities and representatives of 21 member economies of the forum.
