On this subject, the Bogota chef explained several details why expensive restaurant dishes serve “so little.”
“Gourmet food shouldn’t be so little that you leave hungry,” said the owner of Criterionone of the most recognized restaurants in the country.
“The dishes on the menu are designed so that the diner can eat a starter, main course and dessert,” added the 51-year-old chef.
The idea, according to Rausch, is that the guests are satisfied but “not to bursting”. It is at that moment, according to what was stated by one of the three jurors of Masterchef Celebrity’, that the diner has a complete experience.
