Who is affected by ARCA’s latest measure for the use of cards and transfers

The government anticipates the end of the definitive cycle for the country tax and the card dollar

The Customs Collection and Control Agency (ARK), formerly known as the Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP), has implemented a measure that has generated a stir among Argentine taxpayers.

Since Wednesday, ARK has prohibited the use of debit cards, credit cards and bank transfers to a specific group of people and companies, classified as “Untrustworthy Taxpayers”. This decision aims to strengthen control over financial operations and ensure compliance with tax obligations.
